Quantoz’s award-winning NEXUS technology integrates with Algorand, enabling white label cryptocurrency brokerages to offer the native ALGO currency to users

happyCOINS, a Netherlands-based brokerage, and Easy Coins, the first non-custodial crypto provider in the Middle East, are the first NEXUS partners to offer ALGO to their users

Utrecht (NL) – Quantoz is excited to announce that the NEXUS platform for automated token, crypto and fiat transaction processing now supports ALGO, the native Algorand cryptocurrency, for brokerage and custodian business models. Two NEXUS partners–happyCOINS and Easy Coins–have already included ALGO in their service offering!

NEXUS provides a compliant, reliable and safe crypto backend solution, offering functionality such as wallet management, minimizing price & counterparty risk, transaction monitoring and compliant customer management tools. The integration with Algorand enables ALGO to be included in all NEXUS functionality, such as the NEXUS price service, tradebot, and hot wallet service. Business partners can now expand their core trading business and customer facing apps and services with ALGO, all while NEXUS takes care of the crypto backend.

NEXUS partners happyCOINS and Easy Coins have already started offering ALGO to their customers. happyCOINS is a cryptocurrency brokerage service in the Netherlands that is registered with the Dutch National Bank (DNB). Easy Coins is a platform that allows residents of Oman to buy and sell cryptocurrency locally and is the first non-custodial crypto provider in the Middle East.

The support of ALGO on the NEXUS platform is only the first step in a larger cooperation between Quantoz and the Algorand Foundation. In July of 2021, Quantoz received a grant from the Foundation to create an Algorand-based peer-to-peer platform for bonds, e-money and other tokenised assets. This ground-breaking tokenization project will provide SME’s in Europe easier access to capital markets, making use of tokenized bonds and e-money on the Algorand blockchain’s leading Layer-1 technology.
